Are your products tested on animals?
No. We have a strict policy against animal testing. We do not buy ingredients from any supplier that tests on animals for any purpose, and we test our finished products on human volunteers.
How should I store my fresh handmade products?
Since our products use fresh ingredients and minimal preservatives, we recommend keeping items like fresh face masks in the refrigerator. Check the 'use by' date on the sticker of your product for specific guidance.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website.
Do you offer international shipping?

Are your products vegan?
Approximately 95% of our product range is vegan. All vegan products are clearly marked with a 'Vegan' logo on the packaging and website. The remaining products contain ethically sourced honey or beeswax.
